David has over 20 years experience growing, improving, and scaling technology-driven businesses; from Fortune 500 to start-ups. Prior to joining Titan, he led growth & turnaround efforts at a variety of software and services firms, e.g.; as Vice President and General Manager at Siebel/Oracle, as CEO of Generation5 (a predictive analytics start-up), as COO of a payment processing Newco. Before becoming an operator, David developed technology-driven growth & turnaround strategies as Chief Strategist for Wipro Technologies and as a Technology Strategist for McKinsey & Company. He began his career as an application architect and project manager for Andersen Consulting, which is now Accenture.

David is a graduate of University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign, earning his BS degree in Computer Engineering. He also earned his MBA in Finance from University of Chicago GSB.

As a founding partner, Brian’s experience includes over 10-years of specific domain expertise in the regulatory compliance of petroleum storage and fuel systems. At Titan today, Brian is responsible for sales & marketing activities. Recognized as an UST compliance expert, he has served with numerous petroleum associations and is a sought-after expert in the industry. Previous to his many roles at Titan, Brian held key sales management roles at two of the largest insurance companies in the United States. 

Brian is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin, Madison, with a BA in Political Science. 

Rick oversees product development for Titan. With 10-years experience in the UST and fuel compliance industry, Rick previously managed operations and technology for the company. He pioneered Titan’s EDGE compliance platform and has been integral in its evolution from an e-document storage solution to an enterprise SaaS software platform incorporating regulatory standards and industry best practices of the largest c-store and fleet operators in North America. Rick began his career as a database engineer for a large industry trade association. He has a diversity of experience outside of technology, both as a restaurant owner and a professional baseball umpire.

Rick attended both the University of Wisconsin – Marathon, and the University of Minnesota, where he studied Computer Science and Mathematics.

Chris has 15-years experience in all aspects of accounting, auditing, and financial management. His experience crosses many industries including food service, retail, real estate, venture capital, financial services, private equity, and public accounting. Prior to joining Titan, Chris was the District Controller for Compass Group, the world's largest food service company. Early in his career, he was the project controller for numerous portfolio investments held by a private investment firm.

Chris holds a BBA in Accounting from the University of Cincinnati and a Graduate Certificate in Professional Accountancy from Lipscomb University. He is a licensed CPA in the state of Tennessee and is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants (TSCPA) and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).  

Amanda oversees the Compliance Services division at Titan. She has 7-years front-line experience in regulatory compliance and environmental remediation management. She has held several roles during her career at Titan and is experienced in many facets of compliance management, including industry best practices. Prior to Titan, Amanda served with Americorps, working with the Fort Worth chapter of Habitat for Humanity as a lead project manager in housing construction.

Amanda graduated from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee with a BS in Architecture. She earned her MBA from Texas Christian University.
